Can a doctor and a doctor/CEO raise 3 kids and live a luxurious life?

Let’s say a female cardiologist (Ph.D) marries a male neurologist (Ph.D) who is also a CEO. Can they live luxuriously in Europe (Switzerland) and have 3 kids who will all have more than enough money for college?
